May 5, 2021 Day 18: Moab UT -- Springdale, UT 真的恐龙化石

This is a big driving day. We went to the Moab Rock Shop. For the amount of items and the quality (real femur of dinosaur several feet long), you’d expect a museum-type feel. But it was chunks of dinosaur bone in crates for $3 each. The atmosphere actually felt more like a dollar store (maybe with a little dust mixed in). Fun fact: the owner, Lin Ottinger, discovered a new species of dinosaur in the rocks near Moab.
